DEPOSIT RETURN  AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit required to secure reservations.

CABINS:  There is a $20.00 processing fee on each cabin reservation cancellation.  With at least a 15 day prior notice, the deposit will be returned in full (less $20.00 per cabin fee).  With less than a 15 day notice, the deposit will be returned (less $20.00 per cabin fee) providing the cabin is re-rented for the nights previously reserved. If unable to re-rent, the first night is forfeited.

RV AND TENT SITES:  With at least a 15 day notice, the deposit on RV/tent site(s) reservation cancellations will be returned in full (less a $5.00 per site processing fee).  With less than 15 days notice, the deposit will be returned (less the $5.00 per site fee) providing the site is re-rented for the nights previously reserved. If unable to re-rent, up to two nights rental fee is forfeited unless canceling on day of arrival in which case all monies may be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVALS:   If you have not checked in by 8:00 PM on the date of scheduled arrival, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited (unless prior arrangements have been made). Please contact us!

FINAL PAYMENT:  On your arrival date, please register and make final payment in our store.  Lake Cushman Resort accepts Master Card & Visa  credit cards, and debit cards with the Master Card/Visa logo.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.  Be prepared with vehicle license plate numbers (boat #'s if mooring) and to show driver's license.   Thanks!
